Eligibility Requirements
Borrower's eligibility is determined by multiple factors:
Borrower's current primary residence must be located in an eligible census tract.
Borrower must be a first-time homebuyer.
Borrower must be at or below 140% AMI of the county they are purchasing in to qualify.

Loans must be processed through DU and receive message ID 3673 for full eligibility. Grant eligibility and amounts depend on the borrower's Area Median Income (AMI) in the purchase county.
